Shipping Information
Our products are sourced globally and we will always use the fastest method available to us. Our suppliers often use delivery services such as Australia Post, DHL or UPS. Tracking is usually available and supplied once the product is shipped.
This can be dependent on our suppliers and where the product is being sourced from. Our average shipping time is up to 15 days from order and, depending on the product, this can often be quicker, or sometimes a bit longer. We will always be transparent about shipping times and will notify you if it will be longer than 15 days before we confirm your order. Our shipping often comes with a tracking number so you can see the progress of your delivery too.
All products on store can be shipped to any address within Australia. We do also accept orders globally, so long as our suppliers can provide shipping to that region. This will be confirmed after you have placed the order and you will be notified swiftly if it is not possible.

Orders & Returns
Browse our wide range of great products and when you find the ones you love, select your size/colour and add it to your cart. When you are ready to make your order, click your cart and follow the instructions to checkout, by adding your shipping information and making payment. Most of our suppliers will provide a tracking link/code that we will supply to you once the order is shipped. Please keep an eye out for this in your emails. A 2nd way you can see the status and tracking information for your order, is by accessing your order history in your account. Here, we will update your order status and tracking codes/link too!
