  • To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased an item from Malezone and be able to provide all details, including the order ID.
  • Our return policy extends for 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered beyond this timeframe.
  • The returned item must remain in its original, unused condition and must be returned in its original packaging. Failure to do so may result in a partial or no refund.
  • The following items are non-returnable:
    • Perishable products.
    • Hygiene products.
    • Digital products.

Shipping:

Shipping instructions for returns will be communicated via email upon confirmation of eligibility. Shipping costs for return items are the responsibility of the customer, and these charges are non-refundable. If shipping fees were incurred during your initial order, they will be deducted from your refund. For shipments exceeding $50 in value, we recommend utilizing a track and trace number or considering shipping insurance.
